Lone Pine Lodge

This comes from the same book as yesterday. His hands and face look odd because I was trying to be clever and give him golden eyes but they were too large and blobby so as I was using ink and I couldn't paint over it with watercolour I painted his skin golden in stead.

My painting for yesterday wasn't dry by the time I needed to post it so I took a photo of it instead of scanning it. I blamed the funny angles on my bad photography. I was wrong it was due to my bad sketching. All I can say is if any one doesn't believe a courtyard can be sloped that badly come and look at my yard. It doesn't show in photos but it definitely slopes, but maybe not quite as badly as I drew this.
