Lone Pine Lodge

This is Saffron, she is a 13 week old T. Rex disguised very cleverly as a delightful little Shetland sheep dog. In other words, like human babies,she tries every thing with her mouth even people. Unlike humans she has very sharp teeth.



Dilys and Elliot Dilly is an about 18 months old Sheltie and Saffron's favourite play mate. She puts up with a lot more than the other dogs do. Elliot is like a bemused but loving Grandfather, he loves Saffron but at his age, 12 I think maybe 13,he hasn't the stamina to play for long.


Baz the most senior of the dogs and the alpha male, every one else obeys him, except Saffron.%P


Daily, oldest of the Shelties and the calmest, a gentleman in all ways.


Hugo, he tries to play with Saffron but he is too big and strong she will play for a bit but then runs to a human for protection. Hugo is very puzzled by this behaviour, he doesn't realise he frightens her. They are all trying out baby's bed. No picture of Cas, the Alpha female of the pack and who really rules it(don't tell Bas, like most females she lets him think he's boss), Cas doesn't do babies and Saffron knows that, she rarely approaches her to play.



This is my first sight of Saffron, she is caged for her own protection here as she is eating her lunch and the other dogs would not think twice about muscling in on baby's food just as they all have to try her new bed..
